12 minutes by train to Tottenham Hale station for Victoria Line or 30 minutes to

Liverpool Street Station in central London with connections to Central, Metropolitan, Circle,

Hammersmith & City lines. Trains run every 15 mins at peak times and generally every half an hour off-peak.

Trains also go towards Hertford and Cambridge.

Bus: 1 minute walk to bus station - includes all-night N279 buses from central London.

Road: 3 minutes drive to the M25 (junction 25) and A10 main roads.
